Located in the center of Mauguio, the house is a 5-minute walk from the village square and a 10-15-minute walk from three supermarkets. Free parking on the street. Baillargues train station is accessible in 5 minutes by car, allowing you to reach Gare St Roch in 8 minutes. Bus lines connect Mauguio to Odysseum and Boirargues (Montpellier Tram), and a cycle path leads from Mauguio to Fréjorgues.
We are a binational couple, British and French, and enjoy interacting with other nationalities. For us, it is essential that our tenants feel comfortable, because the general atmosphere has a significant impact on our quality of life.
