Je vous propose la location d'un logement ultra fonctionnel, dans une résidence de standing calme et bien placée, à 200 mètres de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Il s'agit d'une résidence de tourisme avec un gardien et des caméras de surveillance. La piscine est ouverte en saison (de fin avril à septembre).
Le studio est meublé et comprend un grand lit de 180/200, un coin bureau avec une télévision, un espace repas, deux grands placards de rangement, une cuisine équipée (frigo, plaque de cuisson, four micro-ondes, ustensiles et lave-vaisselle), une salle de bain avec baignoire, des toilettes et un lavabo. Il dispose également d'une terrasse de 8m², d'une climatisation réversible, du Wifi inclus et d'une TV HD 32 pouces.
L'appartement est très propre et en excellent état. La terrasse extérieure est sans vis-à-vis et donne sur un espace vert. Le linge de lit est fourni (protège matelas, taies d'oreillers, draps). Il y a également une laverie automatique dans la résidence (payante), un stationnement facile et gratuit. Les charges telles que l'eau, l'électricité, le Wifi et les taxes diverses sont incluses dans le prix, sans aucun supplément.
Une caution sera demandée en fonction de la durée du séjour. Les visites sont possibles sur rendez-vous et les dates sont adaptables.
