Beautiful independent room
Nice renovated room with new furniture: bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and armchair. The room is equipped for cooking with dishes, cutlery and various containers for cooking in the microwave or oven. You will also find a kettle, a coffee machine, an oven also serving as a toaster and microwave, an air fryer and a fridge. This is a room independent from the rest of the house. Shower room and toilet to share with another tenant. Bath towels, sheets and duvet provided and washed by the owners. One laundry per week is included in the price. Cleaning of the room and shower room is your responsibility. Non-smoking room. Small garden area available with barbecue. Pets are not allowed. Wifi and charges included in the price of the room. Regional train station 5 minutes walk from the house. A parking space is available.
