30 minutes from EPFL by train, 15 minutes by car.
Pretty renovated room with new furniture. Bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, sofa. The room is equipped with all the equipment for cooking, with dishes, cutlery and a whole range of containers for cooking in the microwave/oven. A kettle, a coffee machine, an oven that also has a grill and microwave, as well as a fridge. It is a room independent from the rest of the house. Shower room/toilet to share with another tenant. Bath towels, sheets and duvet available (washed by the owners). One laundry per week is included in the price. Cleaning of the room and shower room are your responsibility. Non-smoking room. Small garden area available with barbecue. No pets allowed. Wifi available and charges included in the price of the room. Regional train 5 minutes walk from the house. A parking space available.
