Just like a private home but with the amenities of a shared flat. You enjoy a large exclusive space with your living room (48-inch smart TV), your office and your closed bedroom with a queen-size bed. You share the bathroom with only one girl. You have your own fridge and a breakfast area. This is the bottom of a beautiful large 2-story duplex that I own. Everything is included: bedding, bath towels, various products in the kitchen, bathroom and for laundry/cleaning. You bring your suitcase and that's it! Of course, you also have access to the ground floor. This is where the kitchen, the three other bedrooms, two bathrooms and my living/dining room are located. There is also a magnificent terrace equipped with a BBQ. I only accept two students for one semester at a time and there is another doctoral student who lives with me long-term.
