Mon frère m'a confirmé s'être excusé de vous avoir fait attendre pour cause d'intempérie et je renouvelle mes sincères excuses pour cette triste situation.
Quant au logement, le loyer n'est pas de 900 euros, des travaux ont été réalisés et il n'y a plus ces problèmes de voisinages
