Le propriétaire a presque immédiatement créé un environnement extrêmement hostile à la cohabitation, en se comportant de manière active-passive en ce qui concerne le nettoyage et la gestion de l'espace en général. En particulier, l'espace personnel n'a pas été respecté, puisque mon intimité a été violée à plusieurs reprises en ouvrant sans discernement la porte de la chambre, aussi bien en ma présence (sans frapper) qu'en mon absence (sans demander). En outre, lui et son partenaire étaient constamment bruyants et souvent inappropriés, me réveillant à toute heure de la nuit.

J'ai respecté a la fois votre espace et ce qui était prévu. Je me suis excusé quand je suis entré par mégarde les bruits temporaines 2 fois en 5 mois! Votre attitude antipathique dès le début n'a jamais permis d'établir une communication. Lorenzo lavait les parties communes une fois par mois.
