The apartment, located on the 5th floor (no elevator) of a 70s building, is 65 m². My 75-year-old mother, very discreet and respectful, lives in the apartment and only speaks Spanish. I do not live there permanently, but I am present daily because I telework.
The 11 m² bedroom has double-glazed windows, central heating, a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Please note that access to the shower is through this room. It is necessary to establish precise schedules in advance to regulate the use of the bathroom. Access to the toilets is separate.
Visits and meetings are strictly prohibited. Cleaning of the kitchen and common areas is shared.
