The bedroom measures 14" x 13.5" and includes a 6.5" x 4" walk-in closet and two 40" wide windows.
It's important to note that we do not allow smoking or cannabis inside the house.
The bedroom, located in the basement of a single-family home, can be furnished or unfurnished. It is well lit thanks to two windows, has a ceiling fan, and a dehumidifier if needed. It is spacious enough to accommodate a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a table, a desk, a chair, a sofa, a television, and a walk-in closet.
It also has a separate exterior exit.
You will also have access to a garden and terrace, as well as a 12 x 16" balcony, in a very quiet and peaceful setting.
The accommodation is located close to many amenities, including a public swimming pool, parks, a pétanque court, and a family house. helping low-income people. All amenities are within walking distance, including the CLSC, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
