Charming "poppies" room in a private home
The house is organized on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, as well as a private bathroom.
Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom.
Outside, a north-facing patio, a large south-facing terrace.
Close to all amenities. It is 30 minutes from Prapoutel-les-sept-Laux, 7 km from Lumbin, the landing site for paragliders taking off from ST Hilaire du Touvet, and 10 minutes from Crolles where many companies are located, such as ST électronique, Soitec, Teisseire, to name a few.
Upon your arrival, I will present the house rules to you. The home is protected by a security system (alarm and camera).
I invite you to come with your good humor, your savoir vivre, your respect, your tolerance and your discretion.
