You have your own bathroom, the apartment is well located, the balcony gives a direct view of: Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau
The living room is equipped with a 55-inch TV, wifi connection and playstation.
each one will have their own space because your part and my part is well divided with 2 doors so you will have your own mini apartment in a way.
There is only the living room and the kitchen (equipped with an oven and a dishwasher) to share.
