La maisonnette est située dans le centre d’Emmerin. Elle est idéale pour des étudiantes à la fac de médecine, à la recherche de calme pour travailler. L’autre chambre et sa salle de douche sont louées par une étudiante en 2ème année de médecine.
Au rez-de-chaussée : la pièce de vie avec un coin cuisine équipée (four, plaque de cuisson et frigo), des toilettes, un cellier.
À l’étage, 2 grandes chambres (18 et 20 m2) meublées et 2 salles de bains privées.
À proximité se trouvent la boulangerie et la pharmacie. Le supermarché Intermarché est à 1 km.
Pour les transports, l’arrêt Gustave Delory est à 200 mètres (ligne 58) ; il faut 20/25 minutes de porte à porte pour rejoindre la faculté.
