I am looking for a student to live in a superb roommate of 3.
The apartment is furnished and equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, ...).
It is located rue Eau de Robec, in old Rouen, a 5-minute walk from everything, including the medical school, private medical schools, Corneille and Joan of Arc high schools, as well as public transport.
The apartment is duplex, on the top floor of the building. He is a non-smoker.
This is the rental of a very bright furnished room, with the charm of old half-timbered buildings.
