Nous avons loué cet appartement durant un an pour notre fille étudiante Erasmus. La localisation est parfaite. L'appartement est lumineux et très agréable en hiver, par contre à partir de mai il y fait très chaud. Par ailleurs nous avons eu plusieurs mauvaises surprises. D'abord, le logement nous a été confié extrêmement sale. Le mobilier est vieillissant, le canapé-lit hors d'âge, la vaisselle à peine utilisable. Ensuite, nous l'avions choisi en grande partie pour la cave à vélo. La propriétaire nous a annoncé après l'entrée dans les lieux que la clé était perdue, à nous de changer le système de fermeture si nous voulions l'utiliser. Ce que nous avons fait, à nos frais. Un mois plus tard, nous avons reçu un mail nous annonçant un surplus pour wifi et chauffage de 100 euros mensuels, alors qu'au départ tout était compris. Nous avons péniblement négocié ce surplus pour les mois d'hiver uniquement. Pour finir, la propriétaire a gardé la caution sous prétexte du non paiement de ce surplus le 1er mois, ce qui est faux, et alors que nous avons laissé un surmatelas pour palier au canapé lit défoncé, et une chaise de bureau pour remplacer la chose croulante et inutilisable existant. Elle ne répond plus à mes mails depuis... bref, ce qui semble être au départ un côté gentiment tête en l'air ressemble fort à de la malhonnêteté. Je conseille aux futurs locataires d'exiger un bail signé précisant tous les détails.
