Large 95m2 apartment, close to the hypercentre of Niort and looking for new roommates.
The apartment is spacious, bright, with high ceilings. It is fully furnished, fitted out and equipped to new. It is composed as follows:
- Three bedrooms with an area of 10m² to 14m². Each room is equipped with a 140X190 bed, a bedside table with lamp, as well as a wardrobe/dressing room. There is also a desk with a chair and a lamp. Note that the duvet and pillows are included.
Large shared bathroom with bath, laundry room and toilet. There are also separate toilets on the ground floor.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Equipped kitchen open to a large living room. Equipment includes a gas hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and vacuum cleaner.
