Furnished room with private bathroom, and excellent location
The room is on the 4th floor, has about 30 m2, and has: queen size bed, desk, chair, large closet, double anti-noise glass, and blackout curtains.
The services are shared: water, electricity, gas, 500 Mb internet, cleaning once a week (the entire apartment).
The apartment has about 80 m2, is only about 6 years old, is large and bright. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, balcony with a nice view, laundry room and large kitchen with bar. It is fully furnished: large refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, living room, 55" TV, washer/dryer, coffee maker (filter and nespresso) and water filter.
The building has covered parking. If you bring a car, you can talk to a neighbor to rent you their space.
