We will be delighted to welcome you in a beautiful room upstairs in our house.
The house is very new and modern, it is located in a very quiet area and close to Super U, bus stop 95, main roads and you can easily reach the major schools of Chantrerie or the Carquefou business area. .
The house is made up of a ground floor and one floor, 2 parking spaces and a pretty garden with terrace.
I live on site on the ground floor with my partner, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one of which is used as an office or for my mother when she is there for a longer period.
You will therefore be installed in a 2nd bedroom upstairs with the bathroom to share with my mother.
Your room is bright and spacious, it is divided into 2 spaces: the sleeping area and the office + dressing room, with windows facing east and west.
The kitchen, living room and garden are to be shared.
