Independent studio in a private home, incredible view
Possible duration of stay from 1 month to 10 months, With proof of situation.
30 m² studio located in a green setting, quiet and very well heated (central heating). It has a large terrace with a breathtaking view. The entrance is through the terrace and leads to a kitchen with large bay windows, very bright and airy. The studio is fully furnished and well equipped (dishes, kitchen accessories, microwave, 2 gas burners, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster). The 160 cm bed is very comfortable and there is also a small office. The large bathroom and toilet are separate. Television, wifi and free parking on site.
