Independent studio in detached house with garden
The new 12 m² room has a double bed (bedding provided and new mattress), a private bathroom and toilet, a wardrobe and a desk. Direct access to the garden.
A fully equipped independent kitchen allows you to cook and eat.
Meals and breakfast are not allowed in the room. A terrace with chairs and table is accessible from the room or in the kitchen which has a dedicated space.
Access to the family area is not allowed for the tenant.
We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children) and live in this house on the upper levels.
