Lovely spacious room in a quiet, rural town
The apartment is on the ground floor and benefits from two terraces, providing a peaceful setting. It measures 90 m². A friendly and cheerful atmosphere often reigns here, thanks to friends who drop by regularly, evoking the spirit of a Spanish inn. However, this doesn't interfere with everyone's need for privacy. The atmosphere tends more toward that of a shared apartment than a private room.
A large wardrobe is available for guests' use. The terrace allows guests to enjoy barbecues while admiring the magnificent view of Moudon's old town, which dates back to the 13th century.

I live in a beautiful and bright 3.5 room apartment in Lausanne, in the Chailly district, a very pleasant place to live. The M2 metro at the central station of Sallaz is located about 650 meters away (you will find Migros, Coop, banks and various shops there). The bus 7, at Pont de Chailly, is about 700 meters away (with also access to Migros, Coop, banks and various shops), while the bus 42 stop is 100 meters away. It is a very green, quiet and pleasant area, with a farm and agricultural fields just a little further up, 500 meters away. I work as a nurse. There are four M2 metro stations to get to Riponne or Flon, and six to the train station, which is about a 10-minute journey. The CHUV is 900 meters away. For me, maintaining the hygiene of the common areas is essential. There is a storage closet with shelves in the hallway right in front of the room, so you can store your clothes and personal belongings. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, almost like at home. Internet connection is available at home, so you can use it. Small consumptions such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing products, laundry detergent, etc., are included.
