On ne pensais pas avoir un jour un locataire qui nous donne autant de problèmes : salle de bain inondée, WC bouché, 50 m3 de consommation d'eau en 3 semaines, chambre de 25 m2 chauffée à 24-25 °.
Wc cassés constaté à son départ. Que de soucis !!
