Quiet Room, Residential Area
Very close to the Z.A. de la Conterie, ideal room for someone in training at the ENI for example.
Also 10 minutes from the Parc Expo and the airport, ideal for a visitor or an exhibitor.
The room has a desk and a private bathroom, the common toilets are located in the entrance.
Good to know, we have 2 cats that walk around the house.
