Easy and free parking on the private road in front of the house. The equipped kitchen includes an oven/microwave, induction hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine as well as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and everything you need to cook.
The living/dining room includes a sofa, coffee table, dining table for six with chairs, a new and connected Samsung 108 cm LED widescreen TV, high-speed internet via fibre. There are also two large shaded terraces equipped with tables and chairs, and to top it all off, a Norwegian wood stove (wood provided) which heats efficiently.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a vanity unit with storage. The toilet is separate.
The three bedrooms are fully equipped with a 140 X 200 bed, sheets, a pillow, a duvet, a dressing room and a desk with chair.
The large garden is enclosed and shaded. It includes two terraces and a bicycle shelter.
