ROOM FOR RENT IN A RESIDENT’S HOUSE
I would like to share my apartment, located in Mérignac center, in a secure residence surrounded by a park. Transport 100 meters away (tram and bus). Shops and shopping centers nearby. Close to the ring road, the university campus, hospital centers, Bordeaux city center, the airport and the SNCF station.
Rental for women only, non-smoking, serious, orderly, respecting everyone's space and common areas.
Room for rent (12 m2) for students, interns, professionals on assignment, maximum duration of 3 months. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140), 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe, office furniture, and a parking space. Bed and bathroom linen provided.
To share: bathroom (sink + walk-in shower), separate WC, equipped kitchen available, living room and balcony for smokers.
I do not provide food, drinks, hygiene products or laundry detergent.
