Chez l'habitant, au sein d'un T4 avec terrasse et vue Notre Dame de la Garde : Chambre avec lit simple meublée et équipée (draps fournis ) de 12 m² avec bureau, chaise, bloc de chevet, placard, wifi à disposition. Il y a un accès direct à l'extérieur depuis la chambre.
Appartement T4 situé à seulement 200 mètres de la station de tramway Camas, facilitant vos déplacements. De plus, un supermarché se trouve à moins de 200 mètres, ainsi que plusieurs restaurants variés pour satisfaire toutes vos envies culinaires.
Les charges comprennent : engie, eau, wifi, cafetière, frigo, plaque induction, vaisselle, congélateur à partager + salle de bain et wc séparé.
Je suis un papa solo en garde alternée, 2 enfants de 12 ans et 2 ans + Gipsy notre chat.
