I am offering a room for rent in my house.
This is a small townhouse spread over three levels. The available bedroom is on the second floor. Among the services included are electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed with a high-quality mattress, all made of high-quality materials and maintained in impeccable condition. The entire environment is very clean and quiet.
Shared common areas include the kitchen, living rooms, bathroom, powder room, and access to a washer and dryer. It's important to note that the house is smoke-free and pet-friendly.
I am particularly interested in hosting a student, a professional, or a person on a working holiday visa who is independent. The ideal shared accommodation would be with a clean, respectful person who appreciates peace and quiet and wants to contribute to a harmonious and restorative atmosphere, conducive to rest, study, or convivial meals.
Outside, our location offers a wooded setting with direct access to trails and parks, an outdoor in-ground pool, a bike path, the Mille-Îles River, golf clubs, and market gardening. All amenities are nearby, as are bus services.
We enjoy easy access to Highway 13/440 and are located 20 minutes from YUL Airport. Parking is available.
I have had the pleasure of welcoming many PVT workers and I look forward to continuing to do so in my new home located in Laval.
