Room for rent in shared accommodation
A slightly unusual listing : we have a room in our shared accommodation that will be available from the beginning of June to the end of October 2025 (potentially suitable for seasonal workers/fixed-term contracts/short vacations in the southwest).
As for the house, our shared accommodation is located in the town of Narrosse, it is a large house with a garden and fence, ideal for community living. The house has 5 bedrooms.
The room is offered at 240 euros per month: rent + all charges included (EDF, fiber, water, gas, etc.) except home insurance which must be taken out individually for the room for the period in question.
As for the occupants of this house, as of March there will be only 5 of us:
-Benjamin 34 years old, Quentin 23 years old, Léonie 27 years old, Jeanne 29 years old and me Léa 24 years old.
