Having lived a lot in shared accommodation, I would like to keep this lifestyle despite becoming a homeowner. The house is very quiet, spacious and bright.
It is located approximately 20-25 minutes from Épinal, 30 minutes from Remiremont, 20 minutes from Haute-Saône and 10 minutes from Xertigny and Bains-les-Bains, where there are supermarkets, bakeries, etc. The house is located in a small agricultural hamlet 1 km from the Canal de l'Est, on the edge of the hamlet. There is no overlooked garden, no car noise and many hiking trails nearby.
All charges are included and fiber is installed.
Please note: there is a dog on site who becomes very affectionate once he gets to know you.
