We want to rent a furnished, bright room in a vast house using a kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, and porch; the bathroom is shared. All costs (except telephone) are included in the rent(electricity, gas, water, trash, WiFi, landscaping, and snow removal). The house is located in Lisle, across the street from Benedictine University, near Benet Academy in the semi-closed Oak Hill South subdivision. Close to Jewel-Osco, Walgreens, 7-Eleven.
