Rent furnished room (10m2) in a luxury apartment facing the park. The apartment is 82m2 with 2 other bedrooms, one occupied by the owner and the other by a student. Separate bathroom and toilet, equipped kitchen.
I am looking for a discreet and non-smoking roommate. I am young at heart and sporty, I like to chat but also have quiet moments to read and study.
The room is refurbished, composed of a sofa bed, closet, desk, shoe storage, coat rack and mirror.
