Room in a private home in Saint Paul city center
I am offering a room for one or two people in an apartment on the first floor, located in the city center of Saint-Paul. Close to the bus station and the fairground market held on the seafront on Fridays and Saturdays, the accommodation also benefits from a fitness trail, which is appreciated in this heat.
The kitchen is shared, as is access to the apartment. Currently, the bedding consists of two 140 cm mattresses, recommended for a good night's sleep. The accommodation is clean and offers a private parking space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Bath towels and sheets are provided. I live with my cats, who come and go as they please when I am there.
Smokers are accepted, but only on the small balcony, which I have decorated with many plants.
The neighborhood is quiet, without festive evenings. Local shops are easily accessible.
Boucan Canot beach is about 10 minutes away and access to the Route des Tamarins is two minutes away.
