Ideal for students.
Shared bathroom with a teenager. Parking possible on the private road, bicycle storage available. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Sainte Marguerite Dromel metro (line 2) and the Vélodrome stadium.
The house is occupied by a mother and her 16-year-old son. The father works in Paris and is there every other weekend.
Access to the kitchen possible as well as storage in a fridge. The garden includes a terrace. Very quiet environment.
