The room has a double bed, a sink, a chest of drawers, a sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. The sofa can be used as an extra bed for a child, although it is not the most comfortable. The house, facing south, has a terrace and a small garden. Located 20 minutes walk from the city center, or 5 minutes by bus or bike. Parking is possible in the neighboring street.
