It is around 12m2 and is not overly furnished so it remains relatively spacious and pleasant, it does not feel cramped.
Especially since you have an almost "private" part of the place with a hallway and the bathroom which are separate from the rest of the apartment.

Of course you have access to the kitchen. And you can even have a "personal" fridge
(I have 2 fridges/freezers 1 meter high --> each his own ;)...)
