Room Overlooking Small Garden
Located in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from all buses and the tram, and 20 minutes walk from the train station and the historic city center. Free parking on the street or in the surrounding streets. (2 steps to access the house and 2 steps to access the room).
The common areas are to be shared with a discreet and respectful roommate, who has lived there for several years. She has a cat who spends most of her time in her room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer-dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
I can be reached at any time because I live nearby. My sewing workshop is opposite the house.
