I offer an independent 27 m² studio in a 54 m² apartment, designed to offer maximum privacy in a shared apartment. Each roommate has their own private studio, including:
- A separate bedroom equipped with a double bed, a closet, and a television.
- A living area with a double sofa bed and a television.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, storage space, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave.
- A private bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.
There is one studio located on the ground floor and another upstairs. The two studios are completely self-contained and separated only by an entrance hall, which is the only common area.
Location: The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Lagny-Thorigny train station (Line P), close to bus lines and a Franprix store. It is a 25-minute train ride from Paris (Gare de l'Est - Line P).
The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, heating, and internet).
A private lease is available for this shared apartment, with no joint liability between tenants.
