We offer this house for 2 roommates who will have the common areas and their independent space:
- For the first: upstairs, a 16m² bedroom with cupboards + an office upstairs as well (no other room upstairs, so it is for the sole use of the first roommate).
- For the second: on the ground floor, a space isolated from the common areas of 30m² divided into 3 rooms: a bedroom, a dressing room and an office.
The rent is 1000€ per month, with around 200€ of charges (water, electricity, gas), or 600 euros per person.
About the house:
The house is pleasant and very well located, with many living spaces:
• A living room with sofa, coffee table.
• A large equipped kitchen with dining room, a table and chairs.
