The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, a dining kitchen, an entrance hall with wardrobe, a bathroom and separate WC. There is no lounge. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
The rent for the 11 m² room is 575 euros, co-ownership charges included (collective heating, hot water and caretaker). You will also have to pay your share of electricity, gas, home insurance and internet, which is around 40 euros per month.
