I'm offering a beautiful 11 m² room with a private parking space in a luxury shared apartment, pleasant to live in and fully furnished. The room's rent includes condominium fees, water, electricity, heating, weekly cleaning for the common areas, Netflix, Prime Video, OQEE Cinema, and fiber internet via Freebox Delta.
No need to move, everything you need is on site; you only need to bring your personal belongings.
The shared apartment is currently occupied by two young professional women aged 25 to 28 and a 23-year-old man. The 83 m² apartment has two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
Located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building, the apartment is ideally located. The Geneva tram station and Annemasse train station are within walking distance, 10 and 15 minutes respectively. Bus stops for the train station and the tram are also close to the apartment.
