I am offering two shared rooms with the resident, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, to which an extra bed can be added, in a 1977 house located in a residential area of Carvin, quiet and green, 300 meters from the city center. The house itself is 80 m2 in surface area and the land almost 400 m2. Carvin is located halfway between Lens and Lille, where there are universities. The city, with 18,000 inhabitants, is commercial and has some assets, by its proximity to the A1 and the Libercourt station which leads to Lille and Arras. It is well served otherwise by the bus networks to Lens and Lille, by the Bulle 5 and the line 883. The city also has some sports facilities, including an aquatic center for 2 years.
