2 bunk beds + 32" flat screen TV with TNT. Free WIFI. Kitchenette with crockery, pots, top fridge, coffee maker, microwave grill and 2-burner hob. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Free parking.
Rental with contract + security deposits of 450 euros and 50 euros for cleaning (rental to be returned clean) + certificate of Civil Liability insurance + valid C I Mobility lease rental possible with visa guarantee
The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning or replacement of bed covers and pillows. The rental must be left clean
