Depending on availability, we offer long-term rentals (3 months maximum) from October 1st to March 31st for interns, employees, students, sales representatives, etc.
The monthly rent includes the following charges: water, EDF subscription, WIFI, household waste, garden maintenance. Electricity consumption is extra (individual meter). Deposit €400. Payment for the stay will be made in full by transfer before the keys are handed over. Holiday-type civil liability insurance must be provided for the duration of the stay.
Private parking is at your disposal. It is advisable to have a vehicle. Buses are also available.
Smokers are allowed outside and in the garden.
