VERY LARGE ROOM in the center of Montreal (Like a small studio)

The apartment, which extends over two floors, is equipped with air conditioning. It is ideally located 5 minutes walk from the St-Laurent and Sherbrooke metro stations, close to the city center, performance halls, the library, universities, as well as many cinemas and restaurants. Despite this proximity, it offers the tranquility of a very quiet alley. Residents also have access to an elevator, a small gym and a swimming pool.
