The apartment is bright, modern and very clean. You have all the amenities needed to live in this apartment. The room is generously sized and furnished with a big bed. The location is very convenient, one minutes’ walk away from the bus that takes you directly to the city center of Geneva. Big grocery store (Carrefour) less than five minutes to walk from the apartment. David is a very serious landlord, who will do everything to guarantee your comfort here. He responds very fast and is helpful whenever there might be a question.

L’appartement est idéalement situé à Ferney-Voltaire, près des transports et des différents utilitaires. Idéal pour un jeune travailleur à Genève. David est un propriétaire très disponible, à l’écoute et attentif au bien-être des colocataires. Je recommande vivement. Ça fut un plaisir d’habiter ici !

David is a really good landlord, he cares about his tenants and is very responsive. If we ever had a problem we would let him know and the issue would be solved quickly. Highly recommend the flat, modern, clean and there is a lot of light. Very well located.
